SOFTBALL

Taylor (36-17), playing in the NAIA National Championship Tournament at Medford, Oregon, lost to Hope International, defeated Marymount (CA), and was eliminated by a second loss to Hope. Kayla Britt played shortstop for Taylor in each game and had her first hits, first home run, and first RBI of the season. The freshman had one single, one home run, one RBI, and one runs scored in six at bats in the three games and hit .087 (2 for 23) for the season.

BASEBALL

Ohio University (18-32) lost to Marshall and won two of three against Western Michigan. Zyon Avery played in the loss to Marshall and had one triple, one single, and two RBIs in four at bats and hit .170 for the season (8 for 47).

MENS TENNIS

 Marian lost its first match in the NAIA National Tournament, bowing 6-3 to Mobile. Ian Deiters lost 6-2, 6-4 at No. 5 singles and 8-6 at No. 2 doubles
