  1. Vegetarian scholarship:

The Vegetarian scholarship is for high school seniors who are on track to graduate from high school in the spring of 2015.  In order to qualify for this scholarship, student applicants must be vegetarians and promote vegetarianism in their schools and/or communities. Students will be evaluated on their commitment, courage, and compassion towards the vegetarian lifestyle. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay addressing all the topics listed on the http://www.vrg.org/ website.

 

  1. Dedicated to Prom Scholarship (Prom Guide Scholarship for Creative Graduates)

Are you anxious for prom? Do you find yourself looking through magazines for the perfect prom dress? With your enthusiasm for prom, you could win yourself a thousand dollar scholarship from the Prom Guide.  In order to be considered for the scholarship, applicants must submit a YouTube video explaining the benefits of using the PG card with the word “prom” in the title.

 

  1. Zombie Apocalypse Scholarship

Are you a fan of “The Walking Dead”? Do you often find yourself wondering what could possibly happen if the world faced a zombie apocalypse?  If so, now is the time to channel into your zombie survival ideas for a chance to win a two-thousand dollar scholarship.  Scholarshipexperts.com wants to know your plan on how to survive a zombie apocalypse in 250 words or less.

 

  1. Superpower Scholarship

Have you ever imagined yourself as a superhero? Do you marvel at the thought of flying through the air or reading minds? If so, you should apply for the Superpower Scholarship by the Scholarship Experts. In order to qualify for the scholarship, you must write a 250 word essay about “Which superhero or villain would you want to change places with for a day and why?” The application deadline for this scholarship is March 31, 2015 at 11:59 pm EDT.

 

  1. Make me Laugh scholarship:

  Are you a natural born comedian? Can you make others laugh easily? If so, the “Make me Laugh” scholarship by the Scholarship Experts would be perfect for you. In order to qualify for this particular scholarship, you must write an essay of 250 words or less describing an incident in your life, funny or embarrassing (fact or fiction). One winner will be awarded with a 1,500 dollar scholarship.  The deadline to enter is August 31, 2015 at 11:59 pm EDT.

 

 

  1. Scholar Athlete Milk Mustache

Are you an athlete? The “Scholar Athlete Milk Mustache” scholarship is open to high school seniors who have a minimum high school g.p.a. of a 3.2 and participate in a high school or club sport. Applicants must describe in 75 words or less how milk has been crucial in their life and training regimen. Winners will be awarded with a 7,500 dollar scholarship. The deadline to apply is March 4, 2015.

  1. Tall Clubs International Scholarship

If you are a tall high school senior, you may just be in luck.  The Tall Clubs International annually awards tall students with 1,000 dollar scholarships. In order to qualify to qualify for this scholarship you must be:

  • under 21 years old
  • You must also meet the TCI height requirement minimums. (5’10″ for women and 6’2″ for men.)
  • You must be entering your first year of college in Fall of 2015
