Ever heard of Match.com, eHarmony or Zoosk. These are all popular online dating websites.

The debate is active on if online dating is safe or not. Yes, you may never know if you’re being catfished, meaning someone assumes a false identity or personality on the internet to deceive or manipulate you.

But then again, you can find your one true love on one of those websites. It can go either way, but you can’t really choose.

The show “Eye Candy” is a Drama/Thriller/ Mystery television series which first premiered on MTV on January 12, 2015. There is currently only one season, but it has been confirmed that we’ll be expecting more. The show is based off of the famous novels “Goosebumps.”

“Eye Candy” stars Victoria Justice, (you may know her from her star role on the Nickelodeon show Victorious) playing as Lindy Sampson, a 21-year-old tech genius that goes on a hunt for an online serial killer in Brooklyn, New York. After her sister was kidnapped three years, Lindy wanted something; payback.

Lindy’s friends have persuaded her to go on and try online dating. Unfortunately, she finds out one of her suitors is a deadly cyber stalker. So Lindy and her friends team up and combine all of their hacking abilities and try to solve previous murders.

You never know who you may be talking to on the other side of the screen. This shows that in dramatic fashion.

Is it a heart stealer?  Or is it a serial killer?

I recommend this to anyone who loves some mystery, and thrill. “Eye Candy” guarantees you will be at the top of your seat wanting to find out who the secret killer is.
