Baseball, softball complete sweep of Pike
The girls softball team won its sixth game in a row and the baseball team picked up its second win of the season Tuesday at Pike.
The girls softball team handled Pike 18-3 to improve to 6-6. After an 0-6 start, the girls have won six in a row, In addition, the junior varsity team won 9-4 and the C team beat Carmel 17-7 in five innings.
On the baseball diamond, the boys banged out a season-high 18 hits in a 20-11 win. The Giants improved to 2-7 and hot the Red Devils tonight.
