Social media challenge designed to keep you moving

The Ben Davis physical education department is starting a physical education challenge, which begins April 8.
“We want to make sure our staff and students are staying active,” PE teacher Lori Lux said.
The challenge is to share a picture or short video of you exercising and tagging the Ben Davis physical education twitter page (@bdhealth_pe).
Share a picture or a short video that shows what you are doing to stay active. It could be walking the dog, washing your car, cleaning your house, mowing your grass, yoga, biking, TikTok dancing, etc.
Your tweet needs to include #BDCOVID19FitChallenge and tag our twitter page
REMEMBER…. It begins April 8.
