Cinderella Enchanted is coming to Ben Davis High School October 11-12. Performances will be Friday, Oct. 11 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the BDH Theatre.

To prepare for this musical, the choir department will be conducting auditions this week.

Musical auditions are open to any Wayne student in grades 9-12. Students wishing to audition should sign up on the Cinderella bulletin board in the Choir hall (N hall). Auditions are in four minute intervals this Wednesday and Thursday (Aug. 7 and 8). To audition, students should prepare 30 seconds of a song that most compliments their singing voice. The song should be sung a capella, with an accompaniment/karaoke track, or using with pianist or guitar. A pianist will be provided at the audition for any student who provides sheet music.

“Call backs” will this Friday in the large choir room, N105. An invitation for “call backs” will be given at the end of the audition if the directors want to hear the student read lines from the Cinderella script.
