Giants capture first win at Warren since 2012

The football team beat rival Warren Central in a 21-14 victory last Friday. Chris Patterson’s two point conversion gave the Giants the lead late in the fourth and a two-yard touchdown run by Brandon Fuentes sealed the deal for BD. It marked our first win at Warren Central since 2012.

The Giants will host the Lawrence North Wildcats in their homecoming matchup this Friday. 


The volleyball team lost a three set match at North Central last Tuesday. They will host two in the next five days, with Warren visiting tonight for senior night and Zionsville coming in on Monday.week.


The girls golf season wrapped up with sectionals at Pebble Brook last weekend. 


The boys tennis team fell 5-0 against Roncalli and Avon last week. Monday night, the Giants fell 5-0 to Lawrence Central in the first round of the Marion County Tournament. The boys will travel to Speedway on Saturday morning and host Lawrence North on Monday evening.


The girls soccer team fell 9-0 at North Central last Wednesday. Monday night, the Lady Giants lost 10-0 at Decatur Central. BD  travels to Lawrence North on Saturday morning. They will then begin the Marion County Tournament facing Southport next Monday.


The boys soccer team lost 4-1 against Brownsburg on Thursday. They will play three games in the next week with at North Central (tonight). The Giants will then play at home against Avon on Saturday morning and against Southport to begin the Marion County Tournament.


The Unified Flag Football team won two games last week and beat Franklin Central last night 46-26 to move to 4-1. They play at Fishers next Thursday and then play in the Brownsburg sectional October 3 against defending state champion Mooresville in the opener.
