Indy Eleven hoping to build new stadium

The Indy Eleven has proposed an $82 million stadium to be built in downtown Indianapolis that would host soccer games and concerts. The graphic below details how the stadium will be funded. A site has not yet been announced (graphic provided by Indy Eleven)..
