Ben Davis High School is having its first annual Mic esports invitational.
It happens on the second week of our spring break on Saturday, April 11. It happens between 9:00 am up until 3:00 pm. You can come in anytime between those times for FREE!
We will have a concession stand for snacks and jaggers. It is free entry, and many schools are eligible to come from Pike to Decatur and even North Central, etc.
We have different schools in our house; let’s show them how good we can be at esports. We have a wide variety of games to choose from to play. In the cafeteria, it will be Mario Kart, Clash Royale, chess, and Tetris. In the theater, it will be Marvel rivals, Valorant, Fortnite, League of Legends, and iRacing.
In the gym, they are having NBA2k and Rocket League. It’s an amazing event to meet new people, show off your skills, or even learn new skills in games you have never played before.
Some people have only sat and watched people play, but now you can try the game yourself. This event is very interactive, so you can make lots of new friends and even develop new friendships.
You can either play or watch. You can play multiple games as well. This can be a new start to something that can happen for years to come after this. Who knows if you win and Ben Davis wins, you might leave a mark on something that can potentially become something really big. Leave your mark and be the first.
All are welcome to this esports invitational.
