My name is Jasper Patterson and this is my first year on the newspaper. I am 15 and a sophomore. I joined Spotlight in hopes to be able to talk about things that I enjoy like music and movies, and I hope to be able to shed some light on smaller local bands. I also joined to talk about the current state of the world and my disdain for certain current events. I listen to a whole lot of music, mostly different types of metal, punk, and goth. My favorite movie genre is Horror.
