This Year’s 2024-2025 homecoming will be hosted at the Dallara IndyCar factory. It is located on 1201 N Main St, Speedway, IN 46224 about 10 minutes away from Ben Davis.
The theme this year is Hollywood Glam. This gives the students a chance to get dressed up all fancy and come out with their friends and classmates for a good time. The dance will be on Saturday September 27. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the dance ends at 10 p.m.
The homecoming football game will be hosted at the Ben Davis stadium Friday at 7 p.m. against Lawrence North.
Homecoming is an annual celebration to get the team and school together to celebrate the football team, therefore this game is very important. The school will host a pep rally Friday at 2:30 in anticipation fo the game.
For the dance, all detentions must be served before buying your tickets and you can only serve your detention after school. You can purchase your tickets during lunch near the gym but keep in mind that they only take card and they will limit sales to the first 500 tickets. If you want to bring a guest there are forms you need to fill out, this is for safety reason and the school should know who all will attend the dance.
The homecoming dance also has a Senior king and queen and Junior and Sophomore prince and princesses that the students vote on. The winners will be announced during the Friday football.
This week is spirit week and each day of the week has a different theme.
