Following the tiktok ban, and effectively the unbanning of tiktok, many people, including myself, wonder what it means for the current president. Although he initially voted to ban tiktok, he can now be credited for saving the app. Does this mean that Trump can win over more supporters in his second term following his win?
“I think he’s doing it to get more votes and so he can get more supporters and be president longer,” says senior Jordynn Kitson.
Although much of the publicity surrounding the situation has dissipated, I think it’s still worth asking what steps might be taken later down the road.
