Getting into that spooky state of mind
Popular Halloween shows we like to watch during the season
For some, Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, but for others it’s Halloween. All of the creepy themes and dark twisted stories are passed around. Plus, it’s a chance to get free candy. That’s always fun.
Getting in the Halloween spirit is an easy thing to do. You just put up your spooky lawn decorations and dig out your old vampire fangs, pretty simple. Another good option for getting in the right scary state of mind is watching Halloween shows and movies.
“I like Halloween even more than I used to when I was a kid,” sophomore Nikole Vaughn said. “Some of my favorite Halloween shows and movies are The Nightmare Before Christmas, Monster House and Halloween. They’re only played on TV around Halloween time. I love them.”
“I usually watch ABC Family’s 13 Nights of Halloween,” geometry teacher Joanne Nunley said, “My favorite Halloween movie is Hocus Pocus.”
Some people go to the Disney channel specials, there is, of course, the good old Monstober on Disney channel that was a favorite of many, and some go to classics. Either way Halloween is one of the most beloved holiday seasons within our age group and most everyone can come together to get into that spooky state of mind.
