This is a good way to help yourself because it is exposure to direct sunlight and/or artificial light. Usually when you’re feeling down you don’t want to be around light and want to be in the dark. However light is good to help lift your mood.
Staying in contact with friends and family.
It can be hard to maintain relationships when you are depressed. Having someone there for you and someone you can talk to is always a good thing. Knowing that you’re loved
