Malignancy is a technical brutal death metal band from Yonkers New York. They formed in 1992 and went by Carcinogen for a short period of time but later that same year they changed their name to Malignancy. They remain active today.
For this I chose to review their first full length album titled use malignancy in march graphics that was released on April 14, 1999.
The lineup for this album includes Roger J. Beaujard on drums, Danny Nelson on vocals, Ron Kachnic on guitars and Desmond Tolhurst on bass.
This album was released via “United Guttural Records” which was located in Atlanta, Georgia.
There was a remake of the album in 2019 which was released via “Sevared records”.
The tracklist for this album has 13 songs and a total running time of 33 minutes and 47 seconds.
Tracklist:
- Rotten Seed 3:16
- Intrauterine Cannibalism 1:42
- Intestinal Sodomy 2:22

On the first pressing, the second song “Intrauterine Cannibalism” was missing on the back of the cover, although there are 13 songs.
The intro to track 6 is taken from an interview with John Wayne Gacy.
Tracks 1, 3, 6, 7, 9, 12, and 13 are re-recorded.
Overall, I think this is a classic album for brutal death metal, and when I saw them live they were even better.
