Hi, my name is Joel Alvarez, and I’m a sophomore at Ben Davis. This is my first semester with the Spotlight newspaper. I am currently a writer for the newspaper, but I am also a violist for the Ben Davis Chamber Orchestra. I enjoy hanging out with friends, binge watching shows on Netflix and eating Buffalo Wild Wings.
