In a track meet dominated by Pike senior Lynna Irby, the lady Giants finished second with 136 points while Pike won with 179. The meet was Tuesday night at Giants Stadium.

Irby tripled in individual races, winning the 100, 200 and 400 meter sprints and then anchored the 4 by 400 relay team.

Ben Davis had two champions in the meet. Freshman Kherra Goss won the high jump by clearing 5’4.25″ and the 4 by 100 relay team of junior Sheniya Brown, senior Ralen Campbell, Ralen, junior DiAira Jones, and senior Kyara Simmons-Avant won in a time of :49.07.
