The Oscars awards last weekend have given mixed feelings due to the certain movies and actors winning awards.
Flow winning the best animated movie is not a bad choice because of the message of awareness of global water and the depth of information by real scientists said in the movie. Anora winning 5 Oscars in my opinion was unexpected because more movies were better, like Dune 2. I personally think that the movie with Timothee Chalamet deserved those Oscars.
Conan O´Brien hosting is probably the highlight of the Oscars because of the jokes he made throughout the ceremony. The joke with Drake and Kendrick Lamar mentioned was iconic because it´s relevant to this time´s drama and to Kendrick being relevant due to the Super Bowl.
Wicked winning 2 Oscars is well deserved because of how good the movie is, and Ariana Grande being the main character with Cynthia Erivo, so I think it deserved it due to the popularity. It also had a lot of good popular reviews, so it deserved the recognition by those 2 Oscars.
