On Wednesday, October 8, it became official that Speedway and Brownsburg became connected thanks to the official ribbon cutting ceremony of the B and O Trail.
About 250 people attended the celebration at Chapel Rock Christian Church with the largest group being the Ben Davis cross country team.
“We are excited about this opening,” coach Ryan McMaster said. “It gives us a safe place to train.”
