Fernandez named state finalist

Senior Cesar Fernandez has been named a state finalist in the Indiana Association of School Broadcasters (IASB) Air Personality competition and one of the top six air personalities in the state this year.

Fernandez will perform live at the IASB State Finals against five other competitors on March 9 at 11:40 am on WICR, 88.7 FM to see if he’s the State Champion.

Fernandez placed third last year in the same competition and is a national finalist in the same category in the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System Contest.
