Harvest to open on Wednesday

According to chef Nick Mayes, the student-run Harvest restaurant will have its official school opening Wednesday. While Harvest has been open for a few days over the past two weeks, it will hold its official opening for the school year on Wednesday.

Harvest is open during lunch periods only. Students need to be inside Harvest (located in V hall) by the start of lunch periods and they will not be allowed to take food out of Harvest. Staff may order via a take-out line at extension 7269.

The menu for opening week is as follows:



Crispy Polenta $1.50 (marinara sauce, parmesan cheese)

Spinach Salad $1.75 (toasted pecans, blue cheese, red onion, honey-balsamic vinaigrette)


Gyro Sandwich $5.75 (shaved meat, pita bread, tatziki sauce, french fries)

BBQ Meatloaf $5.50 (sweet & tangy bbq sauce, roasted garlic mashed potatoes)

Braised Chicken Fra Diablo $5.75 (slow cooked chicken, spicy tomato sauce, roasted peppers, creamy polenta)

Penne Pasta $5.50 (spinach alfredo sauce, pecans, roasted mushrooms, peas, garlic)

Mashed Potatoes $1.00

Creamy Polenta $1.00


Carrot Cake $1.50

Strawberry Shortcake $1.50

Chocolate Chip Cookies $1.50
