Voter Registration will be available in the commons Friday
Senior government students have made it their goal to register as many voters as possible before the registration deadline on April 6.
This past November’s election saw the lowest voter participation in 70 years. But, why? Your vote is your voice in our democracy, and it should not be wasted.
The Marion County Clerk’s office will be in the commons Friday during lunch periods. Forms will be available and all you need to complete the registration is your driver’s license or state ID (you must be 18 to vote). You may also use the form to update your address if you have moved.
