Ben Davis’ PTO organization, Ben Davis Purple Parents, is asking for parental help making the 2014 post-prom party a success.

In order to provide students with a safe and fun environment to continue the celebration, the Purple Parents is hosting a post-prom event that is designed to offer food, games, music and swimming.

The organization is asking for parental support by donating a few hours to help coordinate and “man” the evening’s activities.

Volunteers are needed May 10 from midnight-2:00 a.m.

Volunteers are also needed April 28-May 2 from 10:15 a.m.-1 p.m. to help sell prom tickets during student lunches.

In addition, the organization is asking for parental support with door prizes, food, beverage items or financial support through sponsorship.
