It’s finally here, the moment we’ve all been waiting for (609 days to be exact) — the return of the Hunger Games.

The movie sequel to the popular book series has finally arrived, and it delivered everything it was expected, and more. “Catching Fire” is a must-see movie.

With the movie following the book almost word for word it was enjoyable for those who read the books, and those who have not. It is filled with drama and love for the ladies, and for the gentlemen it is filled with action and adventure. In short, it has the best of both worlds.

Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) the winners of the 74th Hunger games continue where the first Hunger Games left off. They continue their victory tour and fake love affair around Panem, but with a twist.

President Snow tells Katniss to make everyone believe their love is true in order to stop the riots throughout the 12 districts, or he will kill everyone she loves. Does she listen to Snow or go about provoking the rebellion. Go see the movie to find out for yourself (if you haven’t read the books already then you already know what happens, but still go see the movie).

For the lovers of the book series and even the first Hunger, this movie is a must. Do not wait until it comes out on DVD, Redbox, Netflix, etc.

Go see the movie in theaters to get the full experience of the Quarter Quell. If you haven’t seen the first one yet go buy the DVD, rent it from Redbox, or if you’re a member watch it on Netflix. Then go watch “Catching Fire” because it has moved to number one on my list of “Great Movies in 2013,” barley surpassing Man of Steel.
