Band to host semistate

Marching Giants entering final stage of competition season

Ben Davis will host the ISSMA annual semistate competition this weekend.

The Giants perform at 1:39 p.m. in a competition that features 20 bands from around Indiana. State competition is  the following weekend in Lucas Oil Stadium. The top 10 scoring bands for each semistate advance to state competition.

Over fall break, the band competed in competitions at Center Grove and in the Bands of America Regionals at Lucas Oil. They finished 14th in the finals of the BOA Regionals.
