School mourns loss of two students

Two Ben Davis students were killed in a car accident on Interstate 70 Tuesday night near the Harding Street exit.
Junior Taylor Parsons and senior Brandon Gross died as a result of the accident. Three other passengers were injured in the accident, but no details have been released on their conditions.
The district sent out the following statement today, “The MSD of Wayne Township is heartbroken over the loss of two Ben Davis High School students in a fatal accident Tuesday night. This loss will be felt by our entire community. Grief counseling will be available for students and staff at Ben Davis.”
Counselors are available all day today at the high school for any student or staff.
